On Saturday evening next, The Junior A hurlers meet St Colums in the first round of the championship in Ballinacarriga at 7:15pm.
Kilbrittain have been struck with low numbers for this level this year. A result of retirements, leaving cert, lads abroad and transfers away. The league campaign relied on players who eventually played intermediate championship last week, so they are stretched for numbers and experience this weekend. However, Kilbrittain have tradition and plenty ability to put it up to any team at this level and will give it their all on Saturday night.
