There will be a club meeting on Wednesday next 25th September in the community hall at 8:30pm.
Well done to the Junior B hurlers who had a good victory over Bantry in the first round of the championship on Friday night. They led at half time 3-7 to 0-4 following goals from Sean Hayes, Conor O'Donovan and Declan O'Donovan. Kilbrittain maintained their dominance in the second half and ran out winners 3-13 to 1-8 and now face randal og in the semi-final with the date to be fixed. Full report

Hard luck to Carbery senior footballers who were narrowly beaten by Castlehaven 2-10 to 1-14 in an exciting game at Pairc Ui Chaoimh yesterday. Both Owen Sexton and Jamie Wall performed well on the day. The club are currently out selling Dvelopment Draw tickets. Anyone who can help are asked to contact club officers as the more people we have out selling tickets, the easier the job will be for everyone, also the more area we can cover. Please if you have a couple of hours to spare during the week, contact club officers who will organise groups of people to cover an area. It is not a hard job once you get out. The response at the doorstep is favourable.
Thanks to everyone who have been selling and continue to sell tickets. But we need more bodies. We need your help! |
