There was no winner of the €7,600 lotto jackpot. The numbers drawn were 2, 6, 18, 30. €40 winners were Padraig & Sean, Crolwey P.O., Finbar Sheehy, Tim Twomey, D.J.Holland. Jackpot for next weekend will be €7,800 and the draw takes place in The Kilbrittain Inn.

Kilbrittain lead at half time 2-8 to 1-5 but failed to score in the second half. Two goals in the space of a minute halfway through the second half from Sam Maguires really put it beyond Kilbrittain

The junior B footballers ended their championship campaign after a defeat to Dohenys on Sunday morning in Clonakilty. Kilbrittain played some good football at times but had some poor wides and added to some poor referee decisions, Dohenys won out 0-9 to 0-7. Report to follow in report section.
Well done to the Kilbrittain u14 hurlers who beat Western Gaels last Thursday evening 3-9 to 0-7 in the west cork final. Brief report in the Under-age update.
