Kilbrittain lead for most of the first half but trailed 0-5 to 1-3 at halftime due to a late Dohenys rally near the end of the half. The second half saw Kilbrittain face an increasing strong breeze which made it difficult to play against. Dohenys scored 7 points to Kilbrittains 5 during that second half, but the difference could have been bigger if Dohenys were more accurate as they clocked up 10 wides in the closing 30 minutes. Kilbrittain, with only 1 wide during the second half, made good use of any ball they managed to put into the forwards but the difficulty was to get the ball there. Some referee decisions were strange but they were not the winning and losing of this game. A full report will be posted in the reports section shortly!
