€40 winners were Aaron Holland, Darragh Healy, Danny Clarke, Danjoe Holland, Mgt Collins. The jackpot for next weekend will be €6,100. Sunday last was designated 'La na gClub' and the club marked the occasion with a group club photo at the church steps followed by a parade down the village to the Community field. There, each different age group from under 8's right up to Intermediate/Junior, took part in coaching sessions. The sun made a rare but welcome appearance just in time as players from all age groups along with their mentors and members of the club including president John Madden and club officers all took part in the photo. The on field action was filmed for an upcoming club promotion video. The club would like to thank especially Noel Griffen and Susan O'Brien for organizing the whole event. Susan was the film maker for the day and we look forward to the finished video in due course.
Well done to all concerned. Ar aghaigh le cheile Don't forget the La na gClub on Sunday next. The club will record a promotional video starting with a group photo at the church steps at 11;30am.
