Ar Aghaigh le cheile Very Hard luck to the Junior A footballers who were very unlucky against Kilmacabea in the West Cork final. Kilbrittain never left Kilmacabea out of sight after a tense first 15 minutes. Halftime score read Kilmacabea 2-4 Kilbrittain 1-3 after Kilmacabea leading 2-4 to 0-0 five minutes to halftime. Kilbrittain came within 2 points halfway through the second half but failed to bridge the gap and lost out by four 2-8 to 2-4. They now meet Kilmurry in the first round of the county probably next Saturday. Time and venue to be confirmed.
The venue for the u12 hurling final on Sunday has been changed to Timoleague at the same time of 12;00
