The club recently launched a Development Draw in the dressing rooms at the Community Field. The prize fund of €40,000 consists of a first prize of €20,000, second prize of €5,000 and fifteen consolation prizes of €1,000. The launch was attended by senior players, club officers, under-age and camoige representatives, draw committee members, Club President Frank O'Brien, Chairman of community centre Denis Ryan, Kilbrittain mayor Kieran Butler, West Cork Board Development Officer Aidan O'Rourke and county Board coaching officer Brendan O'Driscoll.
