The death has occured of Fr Eddie Collins on January 5th 2020, peacefully at his residence. FR. EDDIE, much loved brother of Michael, Fr. John, Joan (O' Donovan), Mary (Dineen) and Barry, played minor hurling for three years with Kilbrittain in the late 1950's. He was centre forward on the minor team in 1958 who won the West Cork title for the first time in the clubs history. The side was captained by Frank O'Brien who played alongside Fr Eddie at wing forward.
