The club were allocated a Central Council & Munster council grant of €20,000 recently. €10,000 from both Central Council and Munster Council. The grant cheques were distributed at a function in Pairc Ui Chaoimh on Monday evening last. This grant has been allocated to help in the completion of the Dressing rooms and surrounds.

There was no winner of last nights jackpot of €12,400. The numbers drawn were 8,9,22,24. €30 winners were Gillian O'Sulliavn, Finbar O'Brien, Danjo Holland, John Burke, Joan Sexton. The jackpot for next weekend will be €12,600 and the draw takes place in The Amber Bar.
Following the AGM last Saturday night, membership for 2020 is now open. Current adult player membership remained at €100. Regular adult membership remained at €50. There will be a family membership introduced to reflect the number of children involved in each family and also to reflect if the parent is involved as a coach or not. Details will be published shortly. There will be an adult membership registration night also similar to last year with the date to be announced.
All players must remember to pay their membership before they play. U21 football will be in early January so U21 players especially are encouraged to pay their membership at the earliest oppurtunity. The AGM of the club was held last Saturday night in the community hall. A small crowd turned out which was disappointing. Following the respective reports, Chairman Denis Ryan thanked everyone in his final address as chairman. He implored anyone nominated for chairperson to accept the role as alot of the groundwork for 2020 has been done already.
Initially the meeting failed to find a chairperson and moved on to the other positions. The position of Chair was re-visited and Pat Deasy was proposed and accepted the position for one year. Chairman -Pat Deasy Vice Chair- Ross Cashman Secretary- Marion Twohig Assistant Sec- Paudie Brennan Treasurer- Oliver O' Brien Assist Treasurer- Eoghan Byrne PRO- James Hurley Assist PRO -Kevin Kingston Cultural Officer - Pat Deasy Coaching Officer- Kevin Kingston Children Liason - Judy Sexton, Jan O'Donovan A finance committee will be put in place also for the coming year. The prize winning cheques were presented to the winning KilbrittaiN SYNC groups in the Amber Bar on Sunday night last. Bernard Madden accepted the cheque of €500 on behalf of the under-age camogie club and Diarmuid O'Donovan accepted the cheque of €500 on behalf of the Irish Motor Neuron Disease association, following their winning performance on Friday night of Lip Sync.
Ger O'Regan accepted both €500 cheques for the Kilbrittain Red Cross and Kilbrittain Rovers Soccer club following Kilbrittain Rovers winning peformance on the Saturday night. A donation of the proceeds of the KilbrittaiN SYNC event was also made to the Under-age GAA club . €2000 was presented to the new chairperson of the underage club, Mairead Ustianowski by outgoing adult chairman Denis Ryan. There was no winner of the €12,200 Jackpot. The numbers drawn were 1, 4, 9, 24. €30 winners were Ann Hodge, ET/KON & Co, Willie O'Donovan, Ger O'Neill, Kris Healy. Next weeks Jackpot will be €12,400 and the draw takes place in The Amber Bar.
